Each trunk / hatch is manufactured with an OEM factory skeleton underneath to ensure durability and stability. ViS Carbon Fiber trunks / hatches have a tight carbon weave, rolled edges, and one piece undersiding. Make sure when purchasing a ViS product, look for the ViS Authenticity Badge. Available for all 2 Door Coupe models.
The trunks / hatches are also UV coated, providing a high gloss, non-fading finish. Although carbon fiber parts cost more than fiberglass, they don't need any painting or prep-work, therefore, saving you hundreds of dollars and headache. Just unpack and install!!!
The trunk / hatch installs using factory hinges & latch for installation. Carbon fiber parts can also be painted to match your car, but its not necessary. Some minor modification(s) might be needed for installation.
